Best Asus Laptops

Best Asus Laptops

The best Asus laptops you can buy are hidden in the incredibly large portfolio of laptops from Asus. That’s why we’ve combed through Asus’ vast range of devices to reveal the best Asus laptops. Asus has held its own in the battle between our best and worst laptop brands, and it’s not hard to see why. Asus’ impressive innovations (we love their dual-screen laptops!) and affordable laptops make them highly regarded in the industry.

That’s why our list of the best Asus laptops is quite long. It’s not because we are not selective enough. It’s just that too many of the Asus laptops we reviewed this year deserve a place on that list. Asus is known for cutting-edge innovation; it’s a company that doesn’t want to get lost in a sea of laptops. Asus wants to stand out from the crowd and deliver powerful performance in a laptop while at the same time meeting the challenge of keeping the laptop light and portable.

Best Asus Laptops

But even though this list of the best Asus laptops may seem long, please understand that this is not due to a lack of filtering – many of the Asus laptops we have tested so far have really impressed us. Every single one of the laptops listed here has a well-deserved position as one of the best Asus laptops.

Asus ROG Zephyrus G14

A gaming laptop with an exceptional battery life

[content-egg module=Amazon template=custom/compact_extra next=1]

Asus is stepping up his game when it comes to gaming laptops. Example: the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14. Powered by AMD’s powerful Ryzen 9-4900HS processor, the laptop is a powerful multitasker. But when combined with an Nvidia RTX 2060 Max-Q GPU, the laptop is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to gaming. Equipped with a lightning-fast SSD, a bright 14-inch, 120Hz screen, a comfortable keyboard, and strong speakers in a beautiful milky white magnesium alloy, and the ROG Zephyrus G14 is a near-perfect gaming laptop.

But where the Zephyrus G14 shines is the battery life. The top laptop lasted 11 hours and 32 minutes on our Laptop Mag Battery Test, making it the longest-lasting gaming laptop ever. It’s nearly three times the average length of a 4:26 gaming laptop. Ultimately, between its murderous AMD performance and epic battery life, the Zephyrus G14 is the gaming laptop to beat.

Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo 15

The Best Dual-Screen Gaming Laptop

[content-egg module=Amazon template=custom/compact_extra next=1]

While it’s expensive with a starting price of $2,999 (and $3,699 as tested), Asus‘ dual-screen Zephyrus Duo 15 gaming laptop adds a convenient, eye-catching second screen while improving cooling and keeping the fan noise down in the process. If it weren’t for the annoying input devices and the lack of a webcam, this would be a near-perfect portable gamer.

There are single-screen laptops that provide similar performance for less, with better input devices. But if you like the idea of portability with a second screen for Discord chats and YouTube hints while working your way through the latest AAA title, the Zephyrus Duo 15 is easily the best option we have seen so far. Instead of just hitting another screen, Asus has used the available space under its ScreenPad to significantly improve cooling and more reliable frame rates, and quieter operation.

Asus ZenBook 14

Good specs and tasteful design make this robust all-round laptop.

[content-egg module=Amazon template=custom/compact_extra next=1]

A simply gorgeous laptop from Asus that we like to have in our best Asus laptops list; if you want the perfect combination of power and style, this might be the case. As a bonus, you get a trackpad that can also be used as a handy secondary display. If you look at the specs, you’ll see that this is a laptop that more than lends itself to any task you want to perform, even some low-resolution video editing and gaming (note the Nvidia GeForce option).

Despite all this raw power, the price is not too high. And then there’s the design: this is one of the best looking laptops we’ve seen, and even the display hinge is a work of art. It will rotate everything you need with aplomb, and it will look the part as you do it – what more do you need?

Asus ExpertBook B9450

The best ultraportable business laptop

[content-egg module=Amazon template=custom/compact_extra next=1]

16 hours and 42 minutes. That’s how long the ExpertBook B9450 lasted on our battery test, surfing the web continuously over Wi-Fi with 150 nits. Nearly 17 hours. Can you believe that? Because I can’t. No other laptop has lasted that long. It’s incredible for so many reasons. Sure, that’s super long. But what if I told you that the longest laptop ever weighs only 2.2 pounds. Or that it has a 10th generation Intel U Series processor in it? Or that the midnight blue chassis is one of the finest we’ve ever seen.

There are so many reasons to love the ExpertBook B9450 and even place it above the ThinkPad X1 Carbon. Asus still has a few things to fix – like the frustrating keyboard – but it’s on the right track. Overall, this is one of the best Asus laptops to buy right now.

Asus ZenBook 13

The laptop with the best design

[content-egg module=Amazon template=custom/compact_extra next=1]

We have always liked the Asus ZenBook line and the new ZenBook 13, which only increases our appreciation. ZenBook is first and foremost about design; the blue flap with concentric circles makes your silver base laptop, just like the MacBook Pro. Oh, and by the way, the chassis is MIL-STD-810G tested to withstand some unsavory environments. If that’s not enough, the touchpad on the ZenBook 13 is a ScreenPad 2.0, or a small screen that can start programs, serve as a toolbar, or expand the 13.3-inch, 1080p panel.

Adding a cherry to this already sweet package is ZenBook 13’s great audio, a decent variety of ports it offers despite being such a portable laptop, and outstanding performance supported by a discreet GPU. Overall, this is one of the best Asus laptops that you can buy right now.

Asus ProArt StudioBook 15

Powerful performance in a sleek chassis

[content-egg module=Amazon template=custom/compact_extra next=1]

The slim laptop delivers excellent performance thanks to the Core i7 CPU, 32GB RAM, and Nvidia’s RTX 2060 GPU. It also has a stunning 4K panel that can compete with the best of them. However, there are a few frustrating omissions and disturbing drawbacks to consider before buying the ProArt StudioBook 15. Because of this, the ProArt StudioBook 15 barely misses its chance to be among the best 15-inch laptops.

The 15.6-inch, 4K screen on the StudioBook 15 is fantastic. The detailed panel has vibrant, accurate colors, and the matte finish prevents reflections from getting in the way when editing photos or videos. The Asus ProArt StudioBook 15 has an Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 2060 GPU with 6GB of VRAM. The ProArt StudioBook 15 is equipped with an Intel Core i7-9750H CPU and 32GB RAM. Overall, this is one of the best Asus laptops.

ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo

A decent laptop for web development, web design

[content-egg module=Amazon template=custom/compact_extra next=1]

For professional web development, it is often necessary that the developer is involved in graphic design. If that is the case with you, then ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo is the right choice for you. The most exciting feature of this high-performance laptop is ScreenPad Plus. This screen is as interactive as the main screen. While you also get a stylus for a precise touch experience. It means that you get extra screen space where you can place your tools while writing codes.

Also, this 14-inch 4K matte screen helps designers, photographers, and video editors to manage their screen tools while working. And that’s not all it offers. This laptop also includes premium hardware. Essential specifications are the Intel 9th Gen Core i7-9750H Quad-Core processor, 16GB RAM, 1TB PCI-E, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060. The latter provides excellent graphics without any problems. Overall, this is one of the best Asus laptops for photo editing.

Asus Chromebook Flip C436

Best Chromebook overall

[content-egg module=Amazon template=custom/compact_extra next=1]

The best overall Chromebook, the Flip C436, is an excellent successor to the Flip C302CA, our previous topper. Not only do the super small edges allow Asus to fit its large 14-inch screen in a smaller chassis than you’d expect, that screen is both bright and colorful. What’s more, the aluminum design provides a more premium feel than most Chromebooks. Oh, and I almost forgot: it takes about 10 hours on a single charge.

ASUS ROG Strix G15

Latest gaming laptop by Asus

[content-egg module=Amazon template=custom/compact_extra next=1]

Another good RTX 2070 gaming laptop under $1500 is the Asus Rog Strix G15. The most important thing that makes it’s design stand out is the RBG led strip around the bottom of the case. Even if the chassis is usually made of plastic, it is surprisingly robust. Like the rest of the highest-rated gambling books under $1500, it has a fast IPS display. A good 3ms gray response time and a stable contrast ratio ensure excellent image quality in the latest games.

This laptop has excellent hardware for the price. It has a 10th generation Intel Core i7-10750H processor and 16GB DDR4 ram. The powerful CPU, the fast ram combined with a 1TB NVMe SSD, allows the laptop to run the latest games and demanding applications without any problems. Like the MSI GL65, it has an RTX 2070 graphics card with the latest games at ultra settings with smooth frame rates. Overall, this is one of the best Asus laptops under $1500.

[content-egg module=Amazon template=custom/compact_extra next=1]

This ASUS VivoBook is thinner and lighter than ever because it weighs just 3.7 pounds and has all specifications packed in a 0.6 slim profile. This ultrabook is powered by the 10th generation Intel’s Core i5-10210U processor and 8GB of RAM. A noteworthy feature of this laptop is the fingerprint sensor, which helps you log in quickly and securely with just a single touch.
