Xiaomi Mi A2 was released in India today in about two weeks after being released worldwide. This device is a successor to Mi A1 and the 2nd generation mobile phone of Android One smartphone series of Chinese smartphone maker. To remember, Mi A1 was released in India in September 2017 and was the first Xiaomi smartphone with two back cameras in India. Just as Mi A1 was the global version of Mi 5X, Mi A2 is the global version of Mi 6X released in China earlier this year.
Xiaomi Mi A2 Price and Availability
Xiaomi Mi A2 has a price tag of 16,999 rupees. This variant provides 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. Although it is the only variant of mobile phones that are currently on sale, the company plans to release 6 GB RAM + 128 GB internal storage in Japan. The smartphone can be ordered from Amazon India’s website and Mi.com from 12 pm on August 9.

As mentioned earlier, Xiaomi Mi A2 is a global variant of Mi 6X and therefore has almost the same specification. As part of Google’s Android One, Android 8.1.0 is ready to use. It has a 5.99 inch IPS LCD screen with FHD+ resolution (2340 x 1080 pixels resolution) along with an aspect ratio of 18:9. It is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor with Adreno 512 GPU and has three kinds of color options of Gold, Lake Blue, Black.
When approaching the camera, Xiaomi Mi A2 provides a self-camera of 20 megapixels, and the beauty of AI is 4.0. Behind the dual camera, setup boasts support for artificial intelligence – it has a 20-megapixel primary sensor and a 12-megapixel secondary sensor. It has a battery of 3,010 mAh, and Mi A2 skips 3.5 mm jack. This includes 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, Miracast, Bluetooth 5.0, IR emitter, USB type -C port.
