Xiaomi is all set to launch its Mi Max phablet with a massive 6.44-inch display in India. The launch event is set to take place on June 30. The Xiaomi Mi Max has already been launched in China and is offered in 3 GB RAM + 32 GB/64 GB storage, and 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variants.

The Mi Max phablet features a 6.44-inch full HD (1080p) display. The 32 GB storage variant is powered by Snapdragon 650 chipset that comes with 3 GB of RAM. The 64 GB storage/3 GB of RAM and 128 GB storage/4 GB of RAM variants are powered by Snapdragon 652 chipset.
In the photography department, the phablet sports a 16 mega-pixel rear camera with PDAF (Phase Detection Auto-focus) support, and a 5 mega-pixel wide-angle selfie camera. The phablet is backed with a 4,850 mAh battery that comes with Quick Charge support, connectivity options on the phablet include 4G LTE with VoLTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS and Bluetooth.

As of now, there is no word on the pricing, but in China the 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB variants are priced at 1,499 Yuan (Rs 15,300 approximately), 1,699 Yuan (Rs 17,500 approximately) and, 1,999 Yuan (Rs 20,500 approximately), respectively.
