The grown-ups at Roku and Google have finally agreed that the YouTube app can remain on the platform, just a day before the app was scheduled to be removed from the Roku Channel Store on December 9th. Phew! Months after the YouTube TV app was removed from the Roku Channel Store at the start of the feud, we now have confirmation that it is being re-installed for new and existing device owners. All because the grown-ups got together and agreed on a new multi-year extension to the agreement that was set to expire on December 9th.
