The Oppo K10 Energy comes with Snapdragon 778G and 12 GB RAM

Tech Highlights:

  • Oppo K10 Energy arrives with Snapdragon 778G and 12 GB RAM. This K10 smartphone has a 6.59” LCD with 120 Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. There is a punch hole in the left corner for the 16MP selfie camera. Around the back sits a 64MP main camera alongside an 8MP ultrawide and 2MP auxiliary snappers.

  • After the phone was first discovered earlier this month, the Oppo K10 Energy became official today. Although Oppo interpreted the word as “Energy” on the back, it may also be translated as “Lite,” “Youth,” or “Vitality.” We’ll stay with that translation. With a Snapdragon 778G chipset, the phone is intended to be an Oppo K10 5G that is more reasonably priced. It is already available for purchase in China.

Most of these features sound familiar, and that’s because they are identical to the Oppo K9s specs sheet. The main difference is the memory – Oppo K10 Energy is sold with 12GB RAM and 256 GB storage, which is mightier than any K9s version. Other specs include a 5,000 mAh battery with 30W fast charging, fancy cooling, ColorOS 12 based on Android 12 and two new colors – Black and Blue. The price is CNY2,199 on Oppo’s online store but we do not expect this phone to escape the domestic market at all.
