The first gamingLaptop Featuring GeForce RTX 4090 GPU, the AORUS 17X is available for pre-order now

News Summary:

  • However, this laptop already has his GeForce RTX 40 GPU, specifically his RTX 4090, so it doesn’t need integrated graphics. This is not only the best NVIDIA GPU for this generation of mobile GPUs, but also the full-fat version with a maximum TGP (total graphics power) of up to 175W. Although the image shared by Amazon says “FHD”, the AORUS 17X laptop comes with his QHD (1440p) panel with a 240Hz refresh rate. Gigabyte’s flagship laptop offers up to 64GB of RAM, but this model comes with 2x 16GB DDR5 memory. Importantly, this is DDR5-5600 memory.

  • It looks like pre-orders for the new line of laptops will officially start tomorrow, but Gigabyte has an early listing for its flagship AORUS 17X gaming laptop, which the company is preparing to launch in February. It’s the most feature-rich gaming laptop out there. The system features a Core i9-13900HX processor based on Raptor Lake silicon. This is a 24 core unlocked processor with a boost clock of up to 5.4 GHz. The HX series has increased the standard TDP to 55W, but like the desktop version, the integrated graphics aren’t as powerful.

This is a significant improvement over the previous series which came with a 4800 MT/s module. It’s worth noting that this laptop has a powerful cooling solution with four fans and a full-coverage vapor chamber. However, the AORUS 17X is not a very portable laptop as it weighs 2.8 kg. This weight can’t even factor in the 330W AC adapter added to this laptop. The system is priced at $3,899 and is available for pre-order now, but the product will ship on February 8th, the official launch date for the 13th Gen Intel HX/RTX 40 gaming laptop.
