As you can see in the provided images, the device will arrive in several color options. It will be available in black, red, and green colors. The phone has a waterdrop display notch, and its bottom bezel is thicker than the rest.
Doogee has announced that its X96 will be released soon. The device will be released on October 11, as a version of the Doogee X96 Pro handset. This is the company’s entry-level smartphone, by the way.
A fingerprint scanner sits on the back of the phone, as does the company’s branding. There is a flat display included here, and all of the phone’s physical keys sit on the right-hand side.
A 6.52-inch display is a part of the package, and it’s an HD+ (1600 x 720) display. There is a waterdrop notch included here, and there is a 5-megapixel selfie camera inside it.
The Doogee X96 weighs 198 grams, and it’s 9.7mm thick. The company managed to fit a 5,400mAh battery inside this thing, which is quite a beefy battery. The phone does support 10W charging, and a 10W charging brick is included in the package.
The UNISOC SC9863A octa-core SoC fuels this phone, while the device has 2GB of RAM. Ulefone also included 32GB of internal storage, while you can expand it up to 256GB.
The company also included a 3.5mm headphone jack here, and two nano SIM card slots. A separate microSD card slot is included for storage expansion. Android 11 comes pre-installed on the phone, though this is a ‘Go’ version of the software, for entry-level phones.
You will be able to pre-order the Doogee X96 starting on October 11 from AliExpress. The company will also be holding a giveaway for the device, well, 5 of them. The same goes for 5 Doogee CS1 smartwatches. If you’d like to participate in the giveaway, click here.
