South of the Circle ports for PS5 and PS4 will be released in early August

Tech Highlights:

  • Lasting roughly three to four hours, the studio has compared the game to the likes of Firewatch and What Remains of Edith Finch, so you already know you’re in for a story-focused experience that’s somewhat light on gameplay. You’ll be travelling to the antarctic at the height of the Cold War in the 1960s for “a deeply emotional narrative experience,” says an 11 Bit Studios spokesperson.   • The PS5 and PS4 versions of the popular mobile game South of the Circle will launch on August 3rd, 2022, according to developer State of Play. To commemorate the occasion, a new trailer has been released. It features a number of game clips and demonstrates how the control system has been modified for console pads.
