News: Sensor maker Velodyne Lidar removes board chair following investigation.

(Reuters) – Sensor maker Velodyne Lidar Inc announced Monday it had removed David Hall as chairman of the board and fired Marta Thoma Hall as employee after investigating her dealings with the board and company practices.

“The investigation found that Mr. Hall and Ms. Hall have behaved inappropriately with respect to the processes of the board of directors and the company and that they did not behave with respect, honesty, integrity and openness in dealing with officers and directors of the company,” said the company in a statement.
