The Nokia 2.4 has begun to receive an upgrade that includes system enhancements and UI modifications. Because the update is over 1GB in size, it may be too large for certain users, therefore we recommend downloading it over Wi-Fi. The Nokia December security patch is included in the update, which has the build number v1.130. If you haven’t gotten a notice, remember to manually check your phone for the update.
Nokia 2.4 is getting a fresh Android build. Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 7 Plus will get security updates. Users may need to manually check their devices for updates.
Not to be left out, the Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 7 Plus are also receiving updates for the December security patch. This update isn’t too big and clocks in at 32.89MB for the Nokia 6.q and 32.46MB for the Nokia 7 Plus. The update retains the same build number for the Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 7 Plus.
Users should keep their phones up to date with the latest security patches as it helps with system stabilization and general quality of life improvements. Users may have to manually check for updates as this seems to be a worldwide rollout. It might not be available to all users at the moment as the update is often rolled out in phases.
