The occasional crashing, weak-sounding audio, and odd animation quirks, give the game a budget feel at times. Still, even with these flaws, Aliens: Fireteam Elite is as enjoyable as it is accessible, and a recommended purchase if you’re in the mood for a big hunt.
Aliens: Fireteam Elite is a surprising title that blends 1980s action with iconic movie visuals, and simple, addicting cooperative play. Fireteam Elite doesn’t reinvent the co-op, survival-shooter genre by any stretch, but it adopts the classic film archetypes and translates them brilliantly into game form.
