Back in July this year, Meizu launched the MX6 smartphone in China at an event held in Beijing. The smartphone is priced at CNY 1,999 (US $300 or INR 20,000) and came with 4 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. Now, as per the recent reports, company has now launched a toned down version of the smartphone. The new variant of the Meizu MX6 comes with 3 GB RAM. Apart from the RAM, rest of the specifications of the smartphone are identical to the previous variant and costs CNY 1,799 (US $270 or INR 18,000) in China.
The MX6 features an all metal uni-body with 7.25 mm thickness and uses the refined antenna bands that we saw on the Meizu Pro 6. The MX6 has a 5.5-inch Sharp-made Full-HD (1080p resolution) display, which is protected by a 2.5D glass to boost its looks. The MX6 runs on the latest Flyme with a Marshmallow core. The phone will be available in the traditional Gray, Gold, and Silver flavors.
