Specifications of Meizu MX6 Smartphone

The MX6 features an all metal uni-body with 7.25 mm thickness and uses the refined antenna bands that we saw on the Meizu Pro 6. As expected, the MX6 has a 5.5-inch Sharp-made display of 1080p resolution, which is protected by a 2.5D glass to boost its looks. The MX6 runs on the latest Flyme with a Marshmallow core. The phone will be available in the traditional Gray, Gold, and Silver flavors.

The MX6 is powered by the Helio X20 chip with a deca-core processor (2x A72@2.3 GHz, 4x A53@2.0 GHz, 4x A53@1.4 GHz), Mali-T880MP4 GPU that comes with 4 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. The MX Pro 6 used Helio X25 chip, which has a slightly faster A72 cores and a tad higher clock on the GPU.

The main camera of Meizu MX6 is a 12 mega-pixel Sony IMX386 1/2.9″ type sensor with 1.4µm pixel size and f/2.0 lens, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF), and dual-tone flash. Meizu MX6 is the first phone to use this sensor and Meizu says its quality is similar to the Galaxy S7 series’ snappers. The smartphone also has 5 mega-pixel selfie camera.

The rest of the MX6 specs highlights include dual-SIM support, LTE Cat.6 connectivity, and a 3,060 mAh battery capable of fast 24W charging.
