LG U+ Pad 8 goes official with Octa-Core CPU and 4000mAh battery

LG U+ (LG Uplus), a South Korean cellular service held by LG has launched a new mid-range LTE-powered tablet – the LG U+ Pad 8. The tablet is available on company’s official website in white color, and it comes with a screen protector guard and an original case. The LTE-powered LG U+ Pad 8 is on sale in 2,000 stores country-wide for KRW 242,000 which is almost US $213.

LG U+ Pad 8 features an 8-inch full-HD (1920 x 1280 pixels) IPS display screen with an aspect ratio 16:10. Is powered by octa-core 1.3 GHz MediaTek smart processor that comes with 2GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage, which is further expandable to up to 64GB via micro-SD card. The LG U+ Pad 8 sports a 5-megapixel with rear camera and a 2-megapixel front camera. The tablet is backed by a 4,000mAh non-removable battery that should give at least 6 hours of battery.

LG U+ Pad 8 is available on company’s official website in white color. The tablet is supposed to be used on the go; its 4,000mAh battery should give you 6 hours on heavy usage. And there’s a built-in GPS support receiver if you need to find your way around. The FM radio is a unique but not uninvited addition. The tablet has LTE connectivity along with dual-band Wi-Fi.
