Lenovo K6, K6 Note and K6 Power smartphone goes official: Specifications and Features

Lenovo has announced its new Vibe K6 series at IFA 2016 in Berlin. The smartphones are successors to the existing Vibe K5 range, that was launched earlier this year. Lenovo Vibe K6 series was spotted at IFA 2016 being held in Berlin. Under the Vibe K6 series, Lenovo launched three smartphones named as Lenovo K6, K6 Power and K6 Note.

Lenovo K6 features a 5-inch Full HD (1080p) IPS display, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor that comes with 2 GB RAM and 16/32 GB expandable storage. Lenovo K6 features a 13 mega-pixel rear camera with single LED flash and an 8 mega-pixel front camera. The budget smartphone also features Dolby Audio support and fingerprint sensor and is backed by a decent 3,000 mAh battery.

Lenovo K6 Note, on the other hand, is the successor to the Vibe K5 Note. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD (1080p) IPS display and s powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor that comes with 3/4 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. The K6 Note features a 16 mega-pixel rear sensor with dual CCT flash and an 8 mega-pixel fixed focus front camera. The smartphone also comes with a fingerprint sensor and is backed with a 4,000 mAh battery.

Finally, the Lenovo K6 Power fits right in between K6 and K6 Note. The smartphone is aimed at those looking for a small smartphone with relatively big battery. Lenovo K6 Power features a 5-inch Full HD (1080p) IPS display and is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery like the K6 Note. Under the hood of Lenovo K6 Power, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset coupled with 2/3 GB RAM, 16/32 GB expandable storage. The Dual-SIM smartphone offers modern features like the fingerprint sensor and Dolby Audio support.

All the three smartphones runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, have dual-SIM support, LTE connectivity, Wi-Fi b/g/n (no ac), Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. The entire K6 family will be priced in the €150 – €230 range in Europe, depending on model and RAM/storage option. The K6 will be available the soonest – in two weeks. You’ll need to wait a month for the K6 Power, and the K6 Note should arrive in November.
