Samsung made Android 12 available on its US Galaxy A02s a few months ago, but the phone hasn’t received the update on all US carriers at the same time. The update is finally out. Specifically, Android 12 is now available for his Tracfone’s Galaxy A02s (SM-S124DL). This update comes with firmware version S124DLUDU8CVK4 and includes security patches for November 2022. Also, as expected from the Android 12 update, a new version of One UI i.e. One UI 4.1 Core is also provided. In fact, the Galaxy A02s run on a lightweight core version of the company’s own software.
Galaxy A02 users on the US Tracfone network should be able to download Android 12 when they receive a notification or by opening the Settings app and going to Software Updates and going to the “Download and Install” type. You can also download the official Samsung firmware from the website and install the update manually.
