Former mobile lawmaker, retired teacher running for Alabama State Auditor

State Auditor Jim Zeigler is in his second term and cannot seek re-election because of term limits.

Glover becomes the third Republican candidate for the seat. He joins Stan Cooke, a pastor from Jefferson County, and state Rep. Andrew Sorrell of Muscle Shoals.

The primary is May 24, 2022.
