News: Canada judge rejects Huawei CFO’s push to add affidavit evidence in U.S. extradition case.

VANCOUVER (Reuters) – A Canadian judge has denied Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou’s motion to add additional affidavits to her U.S. extradition case. This emerges from a judgment published on Friday.

However, the judge has provisionally allowed parts of an opinion that the Meng team had requested to be admitted as evidence, subject to further information on its relevance, as the judgment showed.
