  • At trial, Deputy Nemaha County Attorney Angelo Ligouri told the judge that Gerdes was grooming the child to have sex. Defense Attorney Keith Kollasch said the video on Gerdes’ phone could have been taken by someone else without Gerdes’ knowledge. He is ordered to register for the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry for 25 years.
