In the first beta, Apple integrated a large number of changes, including the return of iCloud, file sharing, a feature that promised to be integrated into iOS 13, but was removed in time for release. Other enhancements include options for the developer to make some component purchases for the entire Apple ecosystem, the new Memoji labels, keyboard shortcuts, photo editing on the iPad and the link to the new API, called “the key”
and since Apple does not recommend installing the beta version on essential or mission critical devices, there is a risk of data loss or other problems. Instead, testers need to install the beta version on secondary or non-essential devices and also to ensure that there is adequate backups of all their important data before installing the update.
