Apple said Friday it will fix some iPhone 11 devices that do not respond to touch.

The affected devices were manufactured between November 2019 and May 2020, and the problem affects a “small percentage” of the display modules, according to Apple.

The exchange program does not cover other models like that iPhone 11 Pro and only covers affected devices.

Users can use the serial number to verify that their phone is approved on the Apple website.

The iPhone 11 was first introduced in September 2019. In January, Apple CEO Tim Cook suggested that the iPhone 11 was Apple’s best-selling model in the weeks following its launch. “iPhone 11 was our top-selling model every week for the December quarter, ”said Cook.

For the quarter ended September 30, Apple reported iPhone Revenue of $ 26.4 billion, down 20.7% year over year. iPhone Revenue accounted for 40.8% of Apple’s revenue for the quarter.

The company introduced several new products and started selling them iPhone 12 models in October.
