Apple: Google Restarting Chrome Updates

Google announced on Thursday that it would resume its update program for Chrome and Chrome OS, ZDNet said. He suspended updates to avoid disturbing web developers during the coronavirus pandemic.

The company said that starting next week, the current version of Chrome 80 will receive security updates again. Chrome v81, originally scheduled for March 17, was postponed to April 7, when web developers and system administrators had time to adapt to the new working conditions. The Chrome 82 version has been completely canceled and the features have been redesigned in Chrome 83 and other versions. According to the new custom calendar, Chrome 83 is now due to launch in mid-May.
