(Reuters) – Amazon.com Inc’s Canadian division has been ordered to shut down its Brampton, Southern Ontario facility. Workers must self-isolate for 14 days, according to a statement from Peel Public Health.

Over the past few weeks, the rate of COVID-19 infection in Peel has been falling, while the rate at this facility has increased significantly, the statement added. (bit.ly/38uDnOn)

Amazon didn’t immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
