Just 6 months after launching its Pro 6 flagship smartphone, the Chinese Smartphone manufacturer Meizu is all set to launch the next-gen Pro 7 smartphone. Meizu has just released a teaser poster for the phone, offering up a September 13th launch date along with slogan “Pro than Pro.”
The Meizu Pro 7 was also been spotted on the AnTuTu Benchmark listing that gives us a hint regarding the specifications of the smartphone. The benchmark reveals that the smartphone will features a 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, Samsung Exynos 8890 processor, 4 GB RAM, 12 mega-pixel rear camera and a 5 mega-pixel front camera.
Apart from the specs, one of the most significant feature of the Meizu Pro 7 is said to be its dual-edge curved display as that seen on Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge smartphones. Some of the images have also been leaked online, thus showing off the Meizu Pro 7 with curved display.
Now, to be sure of the information, we need to wait for the launch date which is unfortunately in the mid of September. A competitively priced Meizu flagship featuring a curved edge display will certainly be a good choice for the buyers. But would it be that easy? Well, just to inform, Xiaomi is already ready with its Mi Note 2 which is said to come with dual-edge curved display.
