HTC has launched many mid-range smartphones in its Desire series during the past few months. But they haven’t managed to receive a good response from both the market and the buyers. Now, as reported by famous leakster, Evan Blass, the company is planning to launch an affordable HTC Desire 10 series which is inspired by HTC 10 series.

Evan also added that the new Desire 10 will be released by the end of the third quarter of this year. So we can expect HTC to use the upcoming Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin (IFA) 2016 (Sept. 04-09) event in Germany as the launch date to unveil the Desire 10.
A snapshot of Desire 10 is already floating around on the internet. It shows the device’s metal-clad back panel with circular camera module with dual-LED flash paired with laser auto-focus component, similar to the flagship HTC 10. The leaked image may be a photo-shopped model but there is no doubt in existence of Desire 10 as it is backed by one of the best tipster Evan Blass.
HTC 10 has received widespread appreciation for its design, and if the same is used in the Desire 10, the company is certain to gain attention, especially in emerging markets like India and China.
As of now, there is no official word on the specifications of the Desire 10. However if the launch date of Desire 10 series is considered to be true that is the upcoming Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin (IFA) 2016 (Sept. 04-09) event in Germany, the leaked information will surely start rolling out soon.
