Android phones as a webcam allow you to video chat on multiple platforms, including Skype, Google Discuss, Facebook and MSN. Typically, if you have a real connection, the video and audio standard is almost as good as if you were using an ordinary webcam. By using your Android smartphone as a web camera, you save money and are useful when you want a webcam urgently and it doesn’t work properly. Step 4. After your smartphone is connected to your PC, it’s time to open the DroidCam app on your Smartphone and Windows Shopper on your PC. Click the USB icon and click “START”.

Step 5. That’s it! Now you’re done.
