How to make a screenshot in Windows – Screen captures, also called screen captures, are simply that: they are pictures of everything you are viewing on your monitor. They can be images of a specific program, the entire screen or also multiple screens, if you have a dual monitor configuration.
The simplest part is to take the screenshot, as you will see below. However, most people have problems when trying to save the screen capture, paste it into a different email or program or cut portions of the screen capture. These are easy ways to capture images. Step 1. First of all, click on the window that you need to capture.
Step 2. After that, press the ALT + PRINT SCREEN holding the ALT key, and then pressing the PRINT SCREEN key.
Step 3. The PRINT SCREEN key is near the top right corner of the keyboard, and you can also take a screenshot of the entire desktop instead of just a selective window by pressing the print screen key without pressing the ALT key.
Step 4. Open the Microsoft Paint. In the Paint window, click the To editand select the Necklace. Then you can cut it if you want.
5th step The box that appears, changes the "Save as type" for PNG or JPG, and enter a filename in your image. Select a location to save, such as Desktop, and click Save.
6th step That's it! Now you're done.
Using a cropping tool
Step 1. First, click the Start button in the lower left corner (if you are using Windows 8, go to the home screen).
Step 2. Now, in the search box, type Cutting tool, after which, in the results list, click Cutting tool.
Step 3. Then click the arrow next to the New button to choose the "typeClipping.
Step 4. After selecting one of the above options, choose the specific area of your screen that you want to capture. The screenshot should open automatically in a different window.
5th step Click File then Save as and save the file.
Third-party applications can also be a great idea as they provide some extra features as well as a traditional screengrab.
