Asus has launched what company claims to be the world’s most powerful gaming laptop in India, the Asus ROG GX800. The laptop has some big price tag of Rs 7,97,990 (approx US $12,320) and is available on offer, starting right now. Consumers can go to the company’s India website for more information.
Asus ROG GX800’s advanced highlight is the powerful NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 SLI graphics, with a Hydro Overclocking System liquid-cooling module. The company claims that the cooling module system when extreme overclocking of the CPU and graphics cards takes place. The coolant is elevated and circulated the CPU and GPUs before it returns to the cooling module, where two radiators help to spend heat.
Powered by Intel’s 7th-gen Core i7 CPU, the Asus ROG GX800 is VR-ready and can produce smooth, stutter-free VR visuals at over 90fps. The VR capacities and controlled by NVIDIA’s G-Sync technology. It is also claimed to be the world’s first gaming laptop to provide 4K Ultra HD resolution gameplay.
The Asus ROG GX800 includes a Mechanical Tactile Superior Gaming (MechTAG) keyboard with programmable ROG Aura RGB LED effects for unique keys. The most advanced powerful laptop has a couple of 330W power adapters. Operating Windows 10, the laptop helps up to 64GB of RAM, and an HD camera.
Asus ROG GX800 features 1 microphone jack, 1 headphone jack, 1 USB Type-C, 3 USB 3.0, 1 HDMI, 1 SD port, 1 mini Display, and an Ethernet. Also, the usual Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.1 are there too. The laptop is with a 76Wh battery.
Just to notify, Asus recently released its Asus ZenBook UX330 laptop at a starting price of Rs 76,990. The UX330 come in two colors – Rose Gold and Quartz Grey and is available across all main online and offline retailers in the country.
