Asus has officially launched its newest tablet, The ZenPad 3S 10. Being a high-end tablet, the ZenPad 3S 10 became official at an event in Taiwan. The tablet will go on sale in Asus’ home market starting on August 1. The tablet will be priced at TWD 11,000, which means around $342, €309 or Rs 23,000.
The ZenPad 3S 10 has a 9.7-inch touchscreen with 4:3 aspect ratio and 2,048 * 1,536 resolution. The tablet is powered by Media Tek’s MT8176 SoC, that features a hexa-core CPU with two Cortex-A72 cores clocked at 2 GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores at 1.6 GHz. The GPU is the PowerVR GX6250 clocked at 600 MHz.
The tablet also sports 4 GB RAM, 32 GB of expandable storage, an 8 mega-pixel rear camera, a 5 mega-pixel selfie shooter, a USB Type-C port and a 5,900 mAh battery. The tablet runs Android on 6.0 Marshmallow underneath with the Asus ZenUI. Its dimensions are 240.5 * 163.7 * 5.8-7.16 mm, and it weighs 430 grams.
At the same event, the company also unveiled the new Zenfone 3 Deluxe variant which will be the first commercial smartphone featuring the brand new Qualcomm Snapdragon 821. Click here for the full information.
